From changing the batteries in the remote control, to checking a blockage in a bathroom or replacing an appliance that has stopped working. We will take care of it as soon as possible, trying not to bother you at any time.
Coexistence Is Essential
We are aware that vacation rentals generate concern in some neighbors for fear of noise and other uncivic attitudes. For us it is essential to ensure a good coexistence with our environment and we do everything possible to provide security and tranquility to the people around us.
We analyze guest profiles
If there is any indication that we are going to have a conflictive guest, we reject the request. You decide how restrictive you want to be with reservations.
Noise control device
If you wish, we install a device in the property to monitor the noise at all times and, if it exceeds a certain level, we are notified and act immediately.
Regulatory Advice
VUT, PEH, CIVUT, License, PECUAU… Don’t worry, we do know what it means and we will advise you to be a responsible host.
