Do you have any kind of permanence?
No, at Vivodomo we don’t like to keep our clients tied up. If you do not wish to continue with us, you simply have to wait until the last confirmed reservation. Moreover, you decide the booking window we set.
What if I don't have a profile on the platforms?
With the Comprehensive plan, we upload the ad from our account and you benefit from the excellent reputation we have as superhosts. With our Basic and Online plans, we help you create your profile and take care of the ad.
Do you include all types of maintenance?
Maintenance is included in our comprehensive plan. We take care of minor repairs: changing a light bulb, a shower head, etc. Major repairs are handled by us, but we will bill you separately.
Is there a start-up fee?
In order to start accepting reservations, your apartment must be fully furnished, decorated and equipped. If there is a need for a dot, we will advise you and, if you want, we will take care of it, but you would have to pay for it.
When and how do I get paid?
We receive the payments for the reservations during the month. At the beginning of the following month we check that we have received all payments correctly and we make a transfer to you with the total amount minus our fees and VAT.
Who pays for the cleaning?
Always the guest. A cleaning fee is charged on all reservations and covers the costs associated with cleaning upon departure. In our Integral plan, this cleaning fee is kept by us; with our other plans it is kept by you.
